Your order is usually shipped within 2-5 working days after we received your payment. Made to order products and custom-made products may take longer due to the production time. Orders are processed Monday to Thursday 10am-3pm, not including bank holidays, pending payment authorization and verification. During high season and sale, your delivery might take a little longer.​

We ship with Hermes, DHL and UPS. Depending on the country of destination, you can choose between Standard Home Delivery and Standard PickUp Location. Please note that we cannot ship to postbox addresses.

Delivery time

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Customs

Please be aware, if you place an order outside the EU, you may be charged by your local customs office with taxes and duties. Any additional import charges are not included in your payment to us. Studio Helen Habtay is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. You as the purchaser will be solely responsible for all claims related to your order. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Studio Helen Habtay.
