Please include a Cancellation form. We gladly exchange unworn and undamaged products or refund if necessary.

Please note, any costs relating a return is at your expense. A return is at your own responibility until we receive the items savely at Studio Helen Habtay. Your rights as a customer will not be infringed here. Therefore, we recommend you return your item with an insurance and tracking number. You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be issued.

Please note, sale items are excluded from refunds.

If you deem an item of your order to be faulty on arrival, you must report this fault by sending an image of the piece to hello@helenhabtay.com within 14 days of receiving the item. If your item shows a fault after this time-period, please contact us with a full description and imagery of the fault. We reserve the right to refuse to process the return of any items which we do not deem to be faulty.

Custom-made orders

Made to order and custom-made products are excluded from returns. Furthermore, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the deposit has been paid. If you choose to cancel your order after confirmation you will not be refunded.
